Hidden deep within nature, near the flow of an ancient river, KTHONICA: The Web Below returns. A gathering dedicated to sound, spirit, and transformation crafted entirely by the community, for the community. Not a festival but a ritual; a descent into vibration, consciousness, and unity. Four nights, four phases of transformation, one collective pulse.
The Journey
Thursday 3/9 – The Descent (Arrival & Grounding)
Opening the gates arrival, orientation, and connection with the land. Time to settle, breathe, and align with the rhythm of the space before the descent begins.
Friday 4/9 – Obscura Paths (The Invocation)
The calling begins. Dark frequencies, ritual soundscapes, and deep trance open the passage below. The invocation of intention through rhythm, shadow, and vibration.
Saturday 5/9 – Forgotten Future (The Collapse)
The breaking point. Chaos becomes creation. Psycore and experimental frequencies dissolve all boundaries. The dance transforms into offering destruction as renewal.
Sunday 6/9 – Sacred Void (Integration & Rebirth)
The breath after the storm. Ambient, drone, and healing vibrations shape the space for integration and reflection. A night of release, stillness, and gratitude.
Monday 7/9 – The Web Below (Closing Ritual)
Return to the surface. Collective closing ceremony cleansing, dismantling, and re-grounding. The ritual completes its circle. The web remains.
The Land
KTHONICA unfolds beside a river, in a natural site surrounded by forest and stone a place that feels alive, humid, and wild, almost like a hidden jungle. The water’s pulse merges with the sound; the forest breathes with the frequencies. The land is not decoration it is a participant in the ceremony. We gather to co-exist, not to consume.
Facilities & Spaces
- 🌿 Camping Area – Natural shaded space near the river for tents and rest.
- 🔥 Chilling Area – Communal fire zone and resting space for connection and recharge.
- 💧 River Access – Controlled access for refreshment and purification (no chemicals or soaps).
- 🌀 Workshops & Ritual Space – Daytime sessions on sound, movement, art, and energetic practices.
- 🚑 First Aid Point – Basic medical support for minor injuries or needs.
- 🚗 Parking Zone – Designated and safe parking area near the main entrance.
Food & Bar
🍲 Food Area
Warm meals, vegan options, and energy food will be available throughout the gathering. Everyone is free to bring personal food, but we encourage supporting our food team your contribution helps sustain the project and those dedicating their time to nourish the community.
🍷 Bar Area
Drinks, natural juices, and water will be offered at very accessible prices, and water will be available free or nearly free whenever possible. Supporting the bar means supporting KTHONICA itself all proceeds go directly back into keeping the gathering independent and alive.
Practical Info & Preparation
What to Bring:
- Refillable bottles for water
- Tent, sleeping bag, mat, light, and personal camping gear
- Warm clothes for the night, light ones for the day, rain protection
- Reusable dishes, cutlery, and cups
- Small first-aid kit, natural hygiene products, mosquito repellent
- Power bank or solar light source
- Awareness, presence, and the willingness to participate
What NOT to Bring:
- Single-use plastics or packaging waste
- Harsh chemicals, soaps, or detergents
- Personal sound systems
- Substances or behavior that disturb the energetic field
- Commercial or branded material (banners, logos, merch)
Community Principles
Leave no trace. Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints. The forest, the river, and the earth are living beings treat them as such.
Everyone here is part of the same organism. Kindness, consent, and awareness create safety. There is no 'staff' or 'audience' only participants.
If something needs doing do it. If someone needs help offer it. The web grows through action, not observation.
Stay hydrated, rest, and care for your body and others. The ritual is deep your presence keeps the field strong.
On Monday 7/9, we close together. We clean, pack, and leave the land as we found it — or better. Leaving is part of the ritual.
